Paula Henderson is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and human resource aspects of the ITDA's operations.

Prior to joining the ITDA Paula spent 10 years working at the University of Illinois at Chicago in various positions managing federal, local and state grants and contracts. She has extensive experience in developing and maintaining financial management and reporting systems and managing contracts. She has a BA from Alabama A&M University in Telecommunications has completed coursework toward a Master in Public Administration.
