Request for Assistance

The Illinois Technology Development Alliance provides an array of services to technology entrepreneurs. Collectively, these services strengthen the viability of our clients’ startup companies while facilitating the business relationships critical for gaining traction. The final result of client interaction is bolstering the local and regional technology economy and creation of exciting career opportunities.

 

Evaluation and acceptance of client companies will be based on a fit between the prospective client’s needs and ITDA’s services with particular attention paid to the following criteria:

• Unique or disruptive technology-based products with commercial viability

• Established IP/Patent protection

• Strong management team with business and technical experience

• Establishes alpha or beta product prototype

• Intention of securing federal or private capital

 

The ITDA is a private, not-for-profit, services firm and does not charge a fee for the initial client evaluation. After the initial meeting, should you become a client, a signed engagement letter and a one time, non-refundable, $250.00 administrative fee is required to access ITDA’s standard services.
