Venture Alliance Program
The ITDA's Venture Alliance Program, is a structured process designed to link ITDA's high growth potential clients actively seeking investment capital with pre-qualified investors.
The Venture Alliance Program is not for every firm, and ITDA client companies are rigorously screened and selected for participation in this program based upon the following criteria:
- Selected companies have seed or startup capital in place
- Show current revenue and a proven business model
- Very high growth potential
- Presentations of participating clients are thoroughly rehearsed by teams of professionals
- Meetings are scheduled based on the availability of quality opportunities
At a Venture Alliance Program meeting, ITDA clients present their investor presentation to angel, corporate and venture capital investors. Following each presentation, the company will briefly answer any questions and network with investors. Participating investors have been pre-qualified by the ITDA to ensure their interest in our client's sector, stage and capital requirements. Investors are regional and national in scope.
After the meeting, the ITDA contacts each investor to obtain their feedback on the company and determine their interest in meeting further. ITDA will provide on-going assistance and guidance to the client throughout their fundraising process until the company closes its round of financing.
